A house within the estate — a full residence with two bedrooms, a private kitchen, and a pool shaded by an olive grove that has been producing oil for four hundred years.
The Olive House is, quite simply, a house. It has a kitchen, a dining table that seats eight, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace in the sitting room, and a pool shaded by olive trees that were already mature when the first stone of the estate was laid. It is available for stays of two nights minimum. We provide a dedicated host — someone who knows which olive oil to use on which morning, which road to take at dusk, where the best bread in the region is baked. They will be present whenever you need them, invisible whenever you do not.
